Denise West is the Founder and Managing Partner of Decision Point Partners, LLC, and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Her practice includes commercial and investment properties, land and development, eminent domain and right-of-way, appraisal review, litigation support, and complex or special-purpose real estate.

Denise holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia and is approved by VDOT and NCDOT.

Eric W. West, PhD, MAI, is a Partner with Decision Point Partners, LLC, with extensive commercial real estate appraisal experience and particular expertise in industrial, warehouse, flex, and distribution properties. His practice also includes commercial and investment properties, land and development, eminent domain and right-of-way, and complex or special-purpose real estate.

Eric holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. His experience includes assignments for financial institutions, government agencies, attorneys, property owners, investors, and other real estate professionals.
